ENTRANCE
Through a path along the beautifully landscaped ornamental borders in the front yard you walk to the front door which opens into a small hall. Here you can turn right into the living room or directly up the stairs to the upper floor. The floor in the hallway, stairs and landing have recently been refinished and everything has been nicely painted.
LIVING ROOM
The cozy living room consists of one large room in a U-shape with access to the convenient pantry in the middle. This basement always stays dry, even after the downpours that occurred several times in recent years. In the living room you can create a cozy sitting area on one side and the other side lends itself perfectly to an office, a computer corner or play area. There is a gas fireplace in both parts of the living room and through the many windows you have beautiful unobstructed views of the countryside. The floor consists of a solid wood floor and the walls are all neatly plastered.
KITCHEN
Through the living room you walk to the large kitchen. In this "country kitchen" you have all the space you need to enjoy cooking and dining with the whole family. The Belgian bluestone floor gives some extra character to this country-style room. The kitchen lacks nothing: there is a four-burner induction stove with hood, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave oven. There is a boiler as a hot water supply and a water purifier. In the many cabinets and drawers you can store all the kitchen utensils and provisions, and if that is not enough, a few years ago a solid cabinet was made for even more storage space. The countertop is made of terrazzo stone. A window overlooks the covered terrace, and double French doors allow you to walk right into the backyard.
UTILITY ROOM
Next to the kitchen is the practical utility room. A closet with sliding doors covers an entire wall and here are, among other things, the white goods connections and the boiler (Nefit) neatly stored. There is also a toilet room with a wall-mounted toilet and a sink. Through the utility room you have access to the garden, bathroom and kitchen.
BATHROOM
The bathroom is accessible through the utility room and also through the bedroom at the front of the house. In this spacious bathroom you can relax or put all your kids in the big whirlpool bath at the same time! The toilet and shower are behind a wall where two sinks are made against it. BEDROOM
